Increase engagement and collaboration with this simple 15 minute rule.

Over years of planning we have learned one thing, attention spans are the first to leave at an event. To combat this, let us teach you about the 15 minute rule.
Every 15 minutes, make a shift. This way the event will feel engaged, interactive, and maintain people's focus.
Add audience interaction, switch speakers, built in networking moments, and switch to an activity for the attendees to follow next.
Here's a simple structure we use at any event:
Minute 0-15: Strong opening (energy matters most!)
Minute 15–30: Speaker + audience interaction
Minute 30–45: Small group discussion & networking
Minute 45–60: Activity or workshop moment
Then repeat this cycle, this structure resets attention creating more engagement. Remember, events aren't remembered on what is said, but how connected guest feel.
Success comes with experiences that lead to higher engagement and something for the people to remember.
What made an event you attended the most memorable?

This was a nice read because it stayed simple and didn’t feel like it was trying to sound smart for no reason. I liked how the points were broken up so you can skim, then jump back in without losing the thread. Halfway through I ended up clicking around newimage.io since it gave me the same “practical guide” vibe when you want a bit more context. The examples felt normal and relatable, not those weird made-up scenarios, and it actually explained the reasoning instead of just tossing tips at you. Also, the way the page uses clear headings and short chunks made it easy to find the part I cared about without scrolling forever through a wall of text.
